    Facebook did that amazing (read sarcasm) thing it does where it simultaneously reminds you of how old you are and makes you reflect on how far you’ve come.     So I should start this post by apologising for my long absence. 2016 was a rough year for me, filled with hospital operations, recovery and heartbreak.
